What is the delivery time for my order?
Our delivery times are between 7 to 10 business days.


What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
It can happen. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has already passed and you still haven’t received anything, please send an email to info@MineHav.com. We will investigate what has happened with your package.


I want to exchange/return my order — how do I do that?
To make a return, please contact our customer service at info@MineHav.com. Include your name, order number (found in your confirmation email), and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and confirm the process. After that, you can send the product through the shipping company of your choice.


What are the return costs?
Unfortunately, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. The amount depends on the courier company. Please check the website of your chosen courier for more information on pricing.


What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
The return period is always 14 days, starting from the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions that must be met in order to return a product:

  • The product is in its original packaging and all tags are still attached.

  • The product has not been used.

What if I haven’t received my order confirmation by email?
This shouldn’t happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@MineHav.com, and we will assist you promptly.


Can I cancel my order?
Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email to info@MineHav.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (from your confirmation email), and the reason why you wish to cancel the order.
